Principal Data and AI Consultant (AI)

Location: Schlieren, Switzerland, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home

What you will do

• Lead data and AI strategy and transformation engagements, including use-case identification, maturity assessment, and roadmap execution.
• Guide the development of bespoke AI solutions by leading discovery, managing product backlogs, supervising delivery teams, and ensuring user acceptance.
• Oversee data and AI platform development, aligning architectures with user requirements and defining service and operating models.
• Structure complex consulting engagements, steer delivery, ensure deliverable quality, and manage customer expectations.
• Bridge delivery teams and business stakeholders, from data scientists, engineers, architects, and software developers to C-level executives.
• Support sales activities, develop consulting proposals, publish thought leadership content, speak at professional events, and create reusable consulting assets.

Requirements

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• At least 8 years of combined consulting and data and AI experience.
• Strong foundations in consulting, communication, project management, workshop facilitation, and selling consulting work.
• Expertise in data and AI strategy, governance, management, and implementation from idea to production.
• Experience in one or more relevant verticals, especially banking, insurance, life sciences, or manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; application documents must be submitted in English.
