What you will do

• Define and execute data and AI transformation roadmaps to identify high-value use cases.
• Lead the development of bespoke AI solutions and data platforms from discovery to production.
• Structure complex consulting engagements and manage project delivery quality.
• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Support business development by contributing to sales proposals and client positioning.
• Act as a thought leader by publishing content and representing the firm at professional events.

Requirements

• University degree in business or STEM from a leading institution.
• 8+ years of hybrid consulting and Data & AI-related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1+).
• Deep expertise in data/AI strategy, governance, and implementation lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in verticals such as banking, insurance, life science, or manufacturing.

Nice to have

• Experience in developing reusable consulting assets, templates, or demonstrators.
• Strong track record in pre-sales and consulting proposal development.
