What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Ensure all developments adhere to platform governance and best practices.
• Perform testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide production enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
• Proven experience with system integrations.
• Solid understanding of CMDB.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
