What you will do
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Develop custom features on both client and server sides using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and maintain integrations with third-party tools using REST and SOAP web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prepare technical documentation.
- Support routine changes, major releases, and provide ongoing rollout support.
- Ensure SLA compliance for all incidents and requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience with ServiceNow.
- At least 3 years of specific experience in designing and implementing the ServiceNow ITSM module.
- Strong proficiency in web-based development languages including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Experience working within ITIL, Agile, and DevOps environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and work within globally dispersed virtual teams.
