What you will do

• Design and build reusable, maintainable, and performant software consistent with hirify.global standard technologies.
• Develop best-in-class software systems for automating hirify.global's network operations.
• Independently design, code, and test major features and collaborate with team members to deliver complex changes.
• Make data-driven decisions to handle ambiguity and cross-organizational complexity.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new designs and products.
• Create and review documentation regarding recurring issues and new standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems, focusing on reliability and scaling.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
