What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape technical account strategies and increase pipeline.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and validation activities to define success criteria.
- Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (PoC), proof of value (PoV), and solution design workshops.
- Develop solution architectures that align platform capabilities with customer environments to reduce implementation risk.
- Guide customers on modern software development practices, including CI/CD, security, and cloud adoption.
- Provide field insights and market observations to Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
- Ability to run technical evaluations such as PoCs, PoVs, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with or similar software delivery platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical messages for practitioners and senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in Australia
