What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape technical account strategies and increase pipeline.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and validation activities to define success criteria.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (PoC), proof of value (PoV), and solution design workshops.
• Develop solution architectures that align platform capabilities with customer environments to reduce implementation risk.
• Guide customers on modern software development practices, including CI/CD, security, and cloud adoption.
• Provide field insights and market observations to Product Management and Engineering to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to run technical evaluations such as PoCs, PoVs, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global or similar software delivery platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical messages for practitioners and senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Australia
