What you will do

• Act as a high-level trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders (CPO/CTO/CDO) to identify technology-driven business opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures using modern fullstack engineering practices.
• Provide expert guidance on leveraging AI-based solutions to enhance engineering practices and expedite solution delivery.
• Support the development of technical proposals and shape opportunities for new and existing clients.
• Guide and mentor build teams, overseeing solution design and architectural governance to ensure business value delivery.
• Contribute to the company's Practice Area IP by sharing best practices and refining delivery models.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in modern fullstack engineering, cloud, APIs, and DevOps.
• Proven experience in deploying AI within an engineering capacity.
• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and solving complex technical problems in multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Birmingham, UK.
