What you will do

• Provide HR administrative support for a large workforce, including benefits enrollment and payroll support.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, pre-employment processes, and orientation scheduling.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with current employment laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment through engagement surveys, recognition programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Midland, TX
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an industrial or skilled trades industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills based on HR best practices.
• Experience in change management and navigating organizational transformations.
• High ethical standards and a thorough understanding of HR laws and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup environment.
• Proficiency with UKG software.
• Bachelor's degree.
