What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate a full range of technology contracts including SaaS, PaaS, hosting, and software licensing.
• Advise on the integration of AI technologies, identifying opportunities and mitigating legal risks.
• Manage financial and payment services contracts, including payment acquiring and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options.
• Ensure compliance with global consumer and e-commerce regulations such as the Consumer Rights Act, DSA, and Omnibus Directive.
• Collaborate with Tech, Finance, and Procurement teams to implement Fintech developments across website and mobile apps.
• Identify and escalate cross-border legal and reputational risks within the company.

Requirements

• PQE Qualified Solicitor.
• General commercial legal experience gained from private practice or in-house roles.
• Experience in Technology, Payments, or Consumer Regulation is preferable.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile in-house environment.
• Excellent communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders across different geographies.
• Enthusiasm for adopting and utilizing AI technologies.
