Salary: $220K – $275K base + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the formation and continuous improvement of CRA operations in compliance with FCRA requirements.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to maximize efficiency and automation in all process designs.
• Operationalize end-to-end processes for consumer disclosure requests and the resolution of consumer disputes.
• Serve as the internal authority on FCRA regulations, guiding executive stakeholders and product teams.
• Establish LOD policies and chair Risk Management, Data Furnishing, and Model Governance committees.
• Create comprehensive training manuals and SOPs for CRA operations teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in FCRA operations and compliance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs).
• Deep expertise in FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, and state-level statutory obligations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (CIPP/US, CRCM) are a plus.
• Must be located (or willing to relocate without assistance) in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Miami, or DC.
