What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Revenue Partnerships roles.
• Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to craft role requirements and define success signals for hiring.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure a white-glove candidate experience.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring teams by providing market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Represent the hirify.global brand and mission to inspire and attract top-tier GTM talent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on GTM and Sales roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative outreach tactics.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience in the OT (Operational Technology) market or cybersecurity sales landscape.
