Business Recruiter (GTM): Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations with an accent on sourcing and closing GTM talent in competitive markets. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco; New York)
Salary: $160K–$210K + equity + bonus

What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Business Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop hiring strategies aligned to company goals.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
- Advise hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.
- Use recruiting data and funnel analytics to improve hiring outcomes; help build scalable recruiting processes and assessment frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
- Proven success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for developer-focused, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto companies.
- Experience supporting rapid scaling from growth-stage to late-stage startup environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby or modern recruiting technology stacks.
- Passion for emerging technologies, including AI and blockchain.
