What you will do

  • Handle inbound inquiries and present products effectively to potential customers.
  • Follow approved sales scripts while adapting naturally to individual customer situations.
  • Identify specific health concerns and position the most relevant products as solutions.
  • Present upsells, bundles, and membership offers in a consultative manner.
  • Overcome objections with empathy and deep product knowledge.
  • Meet daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets while maintaining accurate call notes.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or customer-facing sales.
  • Strong verbal English: confident, articulate, and persuasive.
  • Genuine motivation to hit targets and earn commission.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
  • Comfort following scripts while sounding authentic.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling health, wellness, or subscription products.
