What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy to assess potential client situations.
• Qualify leads based on specific case criteria and convert them into signed clients using a sales-driven approach.
• Document client information and case details accurately within CloudLex or the firm's case management system.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate next steps between potential clients, attorneys, and case managers.
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to improve intake efficiency and conversion rates.
• Identify and escalate high-priority or urgent cases appropriately.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in intake, sales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability in lead qualification, conversion, and client onboarding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high attention to detail.
• Availability to work 9 am - 6 pm EST.

• Experience working with a U.S. personal injury law firm.
