About the Role

You will work hands on with engineering to deliver SWIFT and API based integrations to partner banks and PSPs, ensuring complete lifecycle coverage from payment initiation through settlement, status reporting, exceptions, and reconciliation. You will also work on defining the pricing strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments product management or delivery
• Experience delivering API based bank integrations and host to host integrations
• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO20022
• Experience with Cross Border payments and understanding how money moves
• Strong ability to work embedded within engineering teams and with globally distributed teams
• Experience working within cross functional teams in Agile environments with Engineering Compliance Risk and Operations
• Proven ability to drive internal platform optimization automation and operational tooling
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to make independent product decisions
• Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about distributed payment workflows and state transitions

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end bank integration delivery across cross border regional and domestic rails via API SWIFT and host to host
• Translate bank specifications into detailed product and engineering requirements and delivery plans
• Drive integration testing certification and production go live
• Define integration success metrics including reliability reconciliation accuracy SLA adherence and operational efficiency
• Standardize reusable integration patterns to reduce duplication and accelerate future onboarding
• Support pricing framework development and model P and L and margin implications of pricing scenarios and packaging updates
• Define the business logic and system capabilities required to support full payment lifecycles including acknowledgments status reporting and exceptions
• Translate dense bank integration documentation into functional product requirements clear user stories and logic maps
