• Collaborate with writers, designers, and analysts to bridge creative storytelling with hard data.
• Assist account leads in communicating campaign results and performance insights to clients.
• Pivot strategies in real-time to respond to news-cycle marketing demands.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex paid media portfolios in a high-growth startup, agency, or political organization.
• Extensive experience with the backend of ad managers.
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Product-focused mindset with a commitment to post-click experience and conversion rate optimization.
