What you will do

• Traffic and launch digital marketing campaigns across various media trading platforms.
• Manage ad delivery across display, mobile, search, social, Amazon, and online video channels.
• Utilize Kepler’s proprietary software suite for campaign management and optimization.
• Perform rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless execution for client campaigns.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions and Media Analytics teams to align with client goals and provide insights.
• Implement standardized best practices and processes across the Campaign Operations team.

Requirements

• 1 year of professional experience in online advertising (Social and Programmatic channels).
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• English: B2+ level or above required.
• Location: Must be based in San José, Costa Rica.
• Ability to manage complex workloads with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Communications or a related field (preferred).
