What you will do

• Manage day-to-day affiliate marketing operations across multiple client accounts.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with publishers, influencers, and referral partners.
• Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and program terms.
• Analyze performance metrics including clicks, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.
• Prepare recurring performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal SEO, paid media, and content teams to align marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and attribution models.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
