What you will do
- Deploy and manage programmatic & ABM campaigns across display, native, paid social, and video channels.
- Implement post-click testing strategies using a test, measure, learn closed-loop approach.
- Analyze ad and landing page data to optimize for conversion, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Partner with ad strategists to contribute to pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years executing programmatic & ABM campaigns on paid social and display
- Proactive performance monitoring and tactic adjustments to improve efficiency and lead volumes
- Proven success partnering with digital ad strategists for campaign optimization
- Eye for detail and transparent written/verbal communication
