TL;DR

Account Manager (AdTech): Managing strategic buyer-side partnerships within the programmatic advertising ecosystem with an accent on platform adoption, data-driven insights, and long-term growth. Focus on building trusted relationships with agencies and DSPs while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and solve complex ecosystem challenges.

Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid: in-office presence required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic buyer-side partners.
  • Provide proactive, data-centric insights and recommendations to solve partner problems.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, analytics, and technical teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the health and expansion of existing partnerships through strategic account management.
  • Develop deep expertise in buyer priorities and the broader programmatic landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events to foster long-term strategic relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in digital media, including 2+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape (SSP, DSP, PMP, etc.).
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills for clear internal and external presentations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytical tools such as DOMO, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Prior experience supporting buyer-side relationships in the programmatic ecosystem.
