What you will do
- Lead customer value discovery to identify critical pains and translate them into measurable KPIs and executive win-themes.
- Design future-state architectures, mapping product capabilities to quantified business outcomes and risk reduction.
- Develop executive-ready ROI/TCO models and business cases that articulate economic impact and productivity gains.
- Plan and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements with clear success criteria and telemetry-driven validation.
- Drive mutual evaluation plans using MEDDICC/MEDDPICC frameworks to align with economic buyers and decision criteria.
- Integrate AI-enabled workflows to optimize account research, RFP responses, and demo storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or customer-facing technical presales.
- Strong hands-on expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Proficiency in value-based selling frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Must be based in Japan.
- Practical experience applying AI tools (LLM copilots, prompt engineering) to accelerate presales productivity.
