What you will do

• Lead, plan, and execute IT technology projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define project scope, manage budgets, and direct cross-functional teams while mitigating potential risks.
• Manage large and complex IT software and hardware development projects within the company portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineers to establish project templates and document lessons learned for future optimization.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders and assemble IT portfolio status reports and dashboards.
• Help teams set up and execute sprints to effectively prioritize and track technical work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and ITIL.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• MBA degree.
