What you will do

• Lead Underwriting, Processing, and Closing functions to consistently achieve origination, quality, and velocity goals.
• Manage and develop a team of production leaders, building capability in performance management and resource planning.
• Establish operational goals and monitor key metrics to identify trends and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase production capacity and reduce operational friction.
• Own Salesforce reporting and production analytics to provide actionable business insights for executive leadership.
• Execute investment risk policies and workforce planning strategies in partnership with Finance and People Operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience within real estate, mortgage, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven experience leading other managers responsible for high-performing production teams in remote or hybrid environments.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets for forecasting and funnel health monitoring.
• Strong track record of driving performance through process improvement and capacity planning.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Desire and ability to operate within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
