What you will do

• Own day-to-day management for newly onboarded and existing corporate customers and agencies.
• Drive campaign-level budget upsells and optimizations to align with client ROI goals and increase revenue.
• Educate clients on Microsoft Advertising platform features to drive adoption and reduce reliance on manual support.
• Coordinate with Account Strategists and internal partner networks to resolve escalations and revenue blockers.
• Execute customer transition processes and maintain operational excellence in change management.
• Stay updated on search industry trends and emerging product features to act as a fluent advocate for the platform.

Requirements

• Based in Cairo, Egypt.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Online Media.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics including CPA, CPM, CPC, and lead generation.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and targets.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Ads Certification.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation (V-Lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis).
