Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Tel Aviv, Israel)

What you will do

  • Manage a book of programmatic partners, identifying and executing upsell opportunities to grow partnerships.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for various client integrations and activities.
  • Utilize data analytics tools (Tableau, QlikSense, Excel) to derive business insights and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly client calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to share performance data and strategic initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence their business strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to improve features based on client feedback and technical issues.

Requirements

  • B.A / BSc degree.
  • 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in Programmatic / Performance Marketing (must-have).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI platforms (Tableau, QlikSense, Looker) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive mindset with excellent multitasking and collaboration capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SSPs, DSPs, and OpenRTB integrations.
  • Experience upselling to large international B2B organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs to improve productivity.
