What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B partners to ensure long-term trust and success.
• Analyze partners' business goals and challenges to unlock growth opportunities via product and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams.
• Translate partner requests and ideas into actionable plans and manage them through to delivery.
• Lead high-level discussions, planning sessions, and negotiations with senior partner stakeholders.
• Monitor partner performance and proactively address risks to ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex business relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic.

Nice to have

• Experience working with partners or clients in the Middle East.
• Experience in SaaS, mobility, transportation, or technology companies.
