What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end renewals process in collaboration with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to preserve and improve contracts.
• Engage with key decision-makers to identify requirements and remove roadblocks for timely commitments.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention, growth, and term extensions.
• Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned with customer goals and product value.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle to maximize customer growth.
• Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and communicate risks to develop resolution strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success roles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets while managing a high volume of transactions.
• Must be based in the Philippines and available for hybrid work (1 day/week onsite in Pasig City).
• Ability to work US core hours (7 am - 5 pm PT) from a technically enabled remote workspace.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
• Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
