What you will do

• Manage end-to-end relationships with partner banks to support mortgage aggregator operations.
• Lead partnership onboarding, requirements gathering, and operational alignment.
• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and increase loan conversion rates.
• Monitor mortgage application pipelines and resolve operational escalations.
• Maintain account health metrics and pipeline updates in Hubspot.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on partnership performance and risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a B2B sales or partnership role.
• Experience in home loans at major Philippine banks is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of home loan products, banking workflows, and the Philippine mortgage market.
• Proven track record in corporate negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in client retention, upselling, lead pipeline management, or collections.
