What you will do

• Advise the business on the applicability of sanctions, export controls, and associated compliance requirements.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation measures related to economic crimes, including fraud and corruption.
• Lead the whistleblowing hotline, managing case triage and subsequent investigatory steps.
• Oversee the decision-making process for the engagement of market third parties, such as sales agents and in-country delivery partners.
• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues and management across various business units and global geographies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of corporate law experience.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• Strong international orientation and experience managing multiple legal systems worldwide.
• Legal qualifications and background are highly preferred.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and oral) for effective global communication and influence.
