Salary: $189,550 – $266,000 (depending on US region)

What you will do

• Build and lead a globally distributed Integration & Automation Engineering team, moving from contractor-led to FTE delivery.
• Own the Business Technology Services (BTS) and core integration platform to reduce point-to-point integration debt.
• Manage Workato as the primary iPaaS, establishing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines and code-promotion practices.
• Define the operating model for IT integrations, managing intake, prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Establish reliability practices, including SLOs, observability, and incident management for mission-critical flows.
• Collaborate with AI Productivity teams to develop the next generation of agent-to-system integrations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building and operating integration platforms, iPaaS, or API services in SaaS environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing engineers (senior/staff level) and technical program leaders.
• 3+ years of experience developing digital AI products and AI-augmented integrations using agentic coding techniques.
• Deep technical expertise in event-driven patterns, REST/GraphQL, and at least one major iPaaS (Workato, Boomi, etc.).
• Experience operating platform teams with defined SLAs/SLOs and intake discipline.
• Knowledge of SOX-relevant systems and ITGC controls for audit-defensible change management.
