What you will do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, including Engineering Managers and senior engineers.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for the internal platform, aligning it with business objectives.
• Drive architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems to optimize scalability and performance.
• Prioritize developer experience (DX) to reduce cognitive load for internal engineering teams.
• Manage complex technical debt and oversee system modernization efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with essential technology partners and vendors.

Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in senior roles managing other managers.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and large-scale technical transformations.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and container orchestration.
• Experience delivering critical compliance initiatives such as SOC2, PCI, ISO, and/or FedRAMP.
• Expertise in distributed systems design, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify required).

• Experience supporting AI-native development workflows, including LLM integration and agentic automation.
