Salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software platforms for patient testing and billing operations.
• Manage Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Oversee application support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage and mentor internal and offshore development and support teams across different time zones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical architects to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the SDLC while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Prior experience in a regulated healthcare or diagnostics environment (CLIA, CAP, FDA, or NYSDOH).
• Proven success leading distributed, offshore, or global teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
