What you will do

• Define and execute the development strategy for cloud-based tax products across various service lines.
• Lead and grow cross-disciplinary agile technology teams in a global multisite setup.
• Act as the technical architect for platform-level solutions, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies in AI, Cloud, and Data domains into firm goals.
• Ensure compliance with software development best practices, industry standards, and IT risk and security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting and 10+ years of experience in the technology field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing development teams.
• Experience delivering global-scale technology solutions and launching enterprise or SaaS products.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and architectures such as microservices and serverless.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience managing product engineering teams of 20+ people.
• Tax or accounting industry experience.
• Cloud technical certifications (e.g., AZ-900).
• Experience in a professional services firm.
