What you will do

• Lead and scale the Pentest Platform organization, overseeing Execution Engine, Orchestration, and Pentest Data Platform teams.
• Set technical and product direction for autonomous pentest execution and analysis at scale across distributed environments.
• Partner with Product, Offensive capabilities, and GTM teams to define requirements and deliver scalable platform features.
• Guide architectural decisions regarding data models, orchestration patterns, and data pipeline design.
• Build and mentor diverse engineering teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence and systems thinking.
• Align the platform roadmap with business priorities to enable rapid innovation in attack content.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in platform or infrastructure development, preferably in a startup/growth environment.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and large-scale automation.
• Expertise in at least one OO language (Python, Go, C++, or C#) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Temporal) and data pipeline design (ETL/ELT).
• Deep understanding of network protocols, multiple OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), and B2B SaaS architecture.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling production penetration testing or vulnerability management platforms.
• Background in grid computing or large-scale parallel execution systems.
• Expertise in graph databases and query optimization.
