What you will do
- Develop account plans and strategies to help customers achieve desired objectives using the platform.
- Manage technical relationships and perform ongoing account oversight to ensure positive customer outcomes and KPI achievement.
- Lead the resolution of critical customer incidents and guide internal stakeholders toward appropriate solutions.
- Create and execute technical success plans to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate as an SME with Product and Engineering teams to enhance product features across multiple verticals.
- Drive internal service review meetings focused on performance, quality, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Prior experience with is required.
- Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is required.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for customer engagements.
- Proven experience with SQL and Windows platform.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in enterprise environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- ITIL Certification.
- Expert certification.
- Experience in SaaS, IaaS, or Hybrid environments.
- Deep knowledge of the e-discovery industry and products.
