Territory Manager, EMS

TL;DR

Territory Manager (EMS): Achieve sales quotas and develop customer base in assigned pre-hospital territory including fire departments, ambulance services, and municipal agencies with an accent on gaining competitive share and maintaining sales pipeline. Focus on providing in-service education, conducting technical scope reviews, and managing demo inventory while spending 3+ days per week in the field.

Location: Remote within US territory of San Antonio, TX - interested applicants need to live in the territory

Compensation: $180,000 at plan (base $60,000 + commission)

What you will do

• Achieve assigned hardware and disposable sales quotas
• Develop short- and long-term sales plans, including annual business plan
• Uncover new opportunities and maintain pipeline to meet territory expectations
• Grow business by gaining competitive share
• Provide in-service education to customers and ensure technical scope reviews
• Maintain account records in Salesforce CRM, track demo inventory, and submit reports
• Spend minimum 3 days per week working in the field

Requirements

• Live in the Territory of San Antonio
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of related sales experience (ZOLL experience preferred)
• Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products
• Strategic customer-oriented selling, organizational, and time management skills
• Good interpersonal/communication skills and basic technical/clinical knowledge
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift 25lbs
