TL;DR
Account Executive - Mid Market (SaaS): Leading value-based sales conversations for mid-sized businesses to enhance their employee experience (EX) and IT service management (ITSM) with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Focus on driving growth through proactive prospecting and closing complex mid-market opportunities.
Location: Hybrid (Boston), onsite 3x/week (Tues - Thurs)
Salary: $100,000 - $141,450 Base

What you will do
- Lead value-based conversations with mid-market customers to provide tailored ITSM and employee engagement solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and virtual selling.
- Guide buying teams through the decision-making process using a consultative approach.
- Manage and close mid-sized opportunities from negotiation through final agreement.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS or mid-market sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen deeply and drive value.
- Solid understanding of SaaS platforms.
- Adaptable and strategic approach to sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Boston office 3 days per week.
