What you will do

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and invoicing.
• Document current and future-state business processes using process flow tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to define roadmaps.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like NetSuite, Stripe, and DocuSign.
• Participate in the full implementation lifecycle from design and build to testing and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementation.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical configurations and business stakeholder needs.
• Experience with process documentation and creating detailed solution specifications.
• Proficiency in testing and validating complex enterprise system integrations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
