What you will do
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ and invoicing.
- Document current and future-state business processes using process flow tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to define roadmaps.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems like NetSuite, Stripe, and DocuSign.
- Participate in the full implementation lifecycle from design and build to testing and post-go-live support.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementation.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between technical configurations and business stakeholder needs.
- Experience with process documentation and creating detailed solution specifications.
- Proficiency in testing and validating complex enterprise system integrations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
