TL;DR

Salesforce Team Lead (AI): Owning the technical direction of the Salesforce practice and leading a cross-functional team to drive CRM strategy and AI-powered automation with an accent on complex integrations and platform scalability. Focus on architecting agentic AI solutions, managing HubSpot-Salesforce synchronization, and overseeing end-to-end CRM migrations.

Location: Must be based in or have the legal right to work in Spain (Barcelona) or Poland (Warsaw)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional CRM team of developers, admins, and support professionals.
  • Design and oversee scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Architect and deploy autonomous AI agents, prompt templates, and orchestration flows.
  • Manage the bidirectional integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring data integrity.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM migration projects from legacy systems into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine the backlog and uphold engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + Development).
  • 2+ years in a technical or team lead role managing professionals.
  • Must have legal right to work in Spain or Poland (no visa sponsorship).
  • Proven experience with AI agents, prompt templates, and agent actions.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading CRM migration projects.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certification.
  • Experience with Einstein Bots or Agentforce agents.
  • Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
  • Knowledge of Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.
