What you will do

• Partner with cross-department stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools.
• Manage system integrations with enterprise platforms like Oracle, Snowflake, and Conga CLM using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies, including Salesforce Einstein AI and agentic features like Agentforce and Prompt Builder.
• Oversee project execution, including planning, communication, and change management within an agile Scrum framework.
• Ensure system quality through peer code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment with deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source-driven development (Salesforce DX/Git), and sandbox management.
• Ability to lead discussions across both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities and agentic features.
