What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define CRM strategy and transformation roadmaps for manufacturing clients.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures, including data models, security, and integrations with ERP/MES/PLM systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on CRM governance, operating models, and business process redesign.
• Support pre-sales activities, including leading demos, preparing proposals, and articulating ROI for CRM initiatives.
• Provide delivery oversight and design authority across multiple workstreams to ensure quality and alignment with best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8-12 years of total professional experience with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce CRM.
• 4-6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations or clients.
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Strong functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience delivering Salesforce in enterprise environments integrated with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or CRM Analytics experience.
• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2B Solution Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
