Delivery Operations Manager (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Sturgis, Michigan, at the hirify.global Processing Center. Work authorization in the United States or the ability to obtain a J-1/F-1 visa is required.

hirify.global is an early-stage electric vehicle startup developing electric stripped chassis and medium-duty EV and hybrid platforms for high-volume production.

What you will do

• Coordinate Step Van deliveries to customers and dealers and stripped-chassis deliveries to upfitters.
• Work with the Master Scheduler and Sales team to maintain accurate Step Van priorities and support on-time delivery.
• Prioritize chassis deliveries according to upfitter build start dates and communicate priorities to the processing center.
• Generate weekly reports comparing planned shipments with actual shipments.
• Coordinate pilot rework by ensuring parts and materials are available and rework completion is documented and verified.
• Align Sales, Upfitting, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering stakeholders to identify risks and prevent delivery disruptions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of project or program management experience.
• Experience or understanding of automotive operations and medium-duty commercial trucks is beneficial.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, accountability, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to establish document-control protocols and manage product configurations, inspection checklists, and delivery paperwork.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Fluent English and United States work authorization, or the ability to obtain a J-1/F-1 visa, are required.
