E-commerce Brand Manager (Telematics)

Salary: $85,016 annually, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Develop and implement scalable operating strategies for telematics and GPS products and services.
• Oversee logistics, inventory management, customer service, and day-to-day operational performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and finance teams to deliver automotive-sector solutions.
• Identify inefficiencies, improve productivity and customer satisfaction, and establish SOPs and best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the operations team using clear goals and KPIs.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, procurement, contracts, and operational reporting for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of operations management experience focused on telematics, GPS, or related technology industries.
• Experience in automotive operations, particularly auto purchasing and auto finance.
• Leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and telematics platforms, plus relevant industry regulations and best practices.
