Salary: $153,000 – $204,000

What you will do

• Contribute to server design and board-level hardware development for cutting-edge AI/ML hardware.
• Perform reviews of JDM/ODM high-speed designs and signal integrity simulations.
• Collaborate with power engineers on power design reviews and hardware debugging.
• Manage designs from initial concept through to production and high-volume manufacturing.
• Support manufacturing teams in production readiness activities and contribute to architectural discussions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.
• 3+ years of experience developing hardware systems with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR, or Ethernet).
• Foundational skills in electrical board design and familiarity with server technologies (thermal, mechanical, power, and signal integrity).
• Working knowledge of PCB, PCBA, and system assembly manufacturing including testing.
• Proven experience working within interdisciplinary teams and strong systematic debugging skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with signal integrity simulations and analysis.
• Familiarity with the complete product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Strong technical documentation habits and attention to detail.
