Salary: $140,800 - $211,200

What you will do
- Own hardware and electrical requirements for new and existing medical products.
- Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and verification of complex hardware systems.
- Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
- Drive root cause investigations and resolution of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Perform hardware debugging, verification, and system integration activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry in systems or digital development.
- Proven record of success in 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and extensive hands-on hardware development experience.
- Deep knowledge of international standards, including IEC 60601-1 and 60601-2.
- Experience working with patient-contacting devices and associated regulations.
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered for this Principal-level role.

- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
