What you will do

• Own hardware and electrical requirements for new and existing medical products.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and verification of complex hardware systems.
• Develop and review schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
• Drive root cause investigations and resolution of complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Perform hardware debugging, verification, and system integration activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry in systems or digital development.
• Proven record of success in 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and extensive hands-on hardware development experience.
• Deep knowledge of international standards, including IEC 60601-1 and 60601-2.
• Experience working with patient-contacting devices and associated regulations.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship (H-1B, TN, J, etc.) is offered for this Principal-level role.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience in a regulated product industry.
