Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $35.58 – $43.27 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage proactive engagement for non-managed customers using one-to-many strategies and retention playbooks to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Lead renewal negotiations and high-impact conversations to articulate platform value and position against competitors.
  • Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through targeted business reviews to drive revenue expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex health insurance, tax, and compliance topics into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Success teams to surface trends and refine retention strategies.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in complex B2B client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or contact centers.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
  • Proven track record in driving customer centricity and implementing retention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
  • Proficiency with Zendesk, JIRA, Talkdesk, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the healthcare, HR, or insurance industries.
  • Prior experience specifically within HR Tech or B2B SaaS environments.
