What you will do
- Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor.
- Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to identify root causes across various software environments.
- Manage support for different platforms, each with a unique user experience.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve support workflows.
- Take full ownership of customer and candidate inquiries until complete resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, and WV).
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role (BPO technical support preferred).
- Strong technical aptitude for navigating complex software environments.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work specific night or weekend shifts in the MST timezone.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or Splunk.
