TL;DR

Customer Support Representative (HRTech): Providing technical support and troubleshooting for an end-to-end hiring platform with an accent on multi-channel issue resolution and root cause analysis. Focus on identifying technical puzzles across multiple software environments and improving support workflows.

Location: Fully Remote (US). Not hiring in AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, or WV.

What you will do

  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor.
  • Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to identify root causes across various software environments.
  • Manage support for different platforms, each with a unique user experience.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve support workflows.
  • Take full ownership of customer and candidate inquiries until complete resolution.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, and WV).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role (BPO technical support preferred).
  • Strong technical aptitude for navigating complex software environments.
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Ability to work specific night or weekend shifts in the MST timezone.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or Splunk.
