What you will do

• Own the intake, processing, and response workflow for legal requests from law enforcement.
• Coordinate responses cross-functionally with Law Enforcement Relations and Blockchain Intelligence teams.
• Provide litigation and regulatory support, including matter tracking, factual research, and document coordination.
• Build and maintain AI legal infrastructure, including prompt libraries, templates, and knowledge-management systems.
• Use AI research tools to prepare structured summaries that reduce attorney turnaround time.
• Identify and close workflow gaps to iterate on systems as legal volume and complexity grow.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology.
• Experience managing high-volume legal operations like subpoenas, litigation support, or law enforcement requests.
• Demonstrable AI fluency in using tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate legal research and workflows.
• Strong written communication skills to translate legal concepts for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours.
• High-ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
