What you will do

  • Own the Salesforce business requirements roadmap and execute light configuration and development work.
  • Serve as the primary RevOps interface to Engineering and IT for Salesforce development and release coordination.
  • Define data governance standards including pipeline hygiene and object architecture.
  • Design and operationalize the end-to-end sales process from pitch through post-sale handoff.
  • Define and drive the AI and automation roadmap for B2B revenue operations.
  • Evaluate and manage new tools, platforms, and vendor solutions to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise including hands-on configuration, flows, and custom objects.
  • Proven track record designing end-to-end sales processes in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI and automation solutions in a GTM context.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, data pipelines, and integration architectures.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience in advertising, gaming, subscription, or platform businesses.
