What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution for the J&J account.
  • Build and drive a global account plan, aligning Snowflake resources and executive sponsorship with the client's critical priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, positioning Snowflake as a key enabler for digital transformation and AI initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new high-value opportunities across various business units and regions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including marketing, legal, product, and professional services—to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with decision-makers to expand the company's footprint and ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise field sales experience in cloud, data, or AI technology.
  • Proven track record of managing large strategic global accounts and closing seven-figure, multi-year agreements.
  • Familiarity with the HCLS (Healthcare and Life Sciences) industry.
  • Expertise in building executive-level relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and general AI fluency.
  • Must be based in the United States (specific focus on NJ, PA, or NY).
