Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office (Hybrid: Mon, Wed, Fri)

Salary: $145,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Design and maintain AI-powered automations for opportunity hygiene, forecasting, and rep workflows.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and trustworthiness within Salesforce and downstream reporting systems.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks through automation.
  • Orchestrate the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools, with AI agents.
  • Build internal tooling and lightweight applications to surface AI insights directly to sales teams.
  • Establish governance and security guardrails for AI use against sensitive revenue data.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise including data models, automation, and permissions.
  • Proven experience shipping automations, specifically involving LLM or AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate pipeline data and communicate findings.
  • Proficiency in building with no/low-code platforms or API integrations.
  • Must be able to work from the Foster City, CA office three days per week.
