Salary: $145,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Design and maintain AI-powered automations for opportunity hygiene, forecasting, and rep workflows.
- Ensure data cleanliness and trustworthiness within Salesforce and downstream reporting systems.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks through automation.
- Orchestrate the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools, with AI agents.
- Build internal tooling and lightweight applications to surface AI insights directly to sales teams.
- Establish governance and security guardrails for AI use against sensitive revenue data.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise including data models, automation, and permissions.
- Proven experience shipping automations, specifically involving LLM or AI-driven workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate pipeline data and communicate findings.
- Proficiency in building with no/low-code platforms or API integrations.
- Must be able to work from the Foster City, CA office three days per week.
